HOW
DOES IT WORK?
We start with our customers’ enquiry. Clients
contact us by email with details of their requirements. Some clients have very
little knowledge, whilst other clients have a greater depth of knowledge. We
offer guidance as each person needs. When we have a very good idea of the
specifications needed, we design a 3D model of the jewelry and forward our
clients the full details of the design. Our concierge service ensures that
clients are 100% satisfied with the jewelry we have designed. We can also
change most of our existing designs found on our website to accommodate our
client’s preferences.
MAKING
YOUR PURCHASE
When
you decide to make your purchase, we will send you an electronic invoice,
detailing your complete purchase. The invoice can be paid online. Payment
methods available include PayPal, Credit Cards and Debit Cards. Please let us
